All products in stock will be processed and dispatched within one working day of us receiving your order. Orders are processed and packaged during our office hours of 9-5pm, Monday to Friday. If you have place your order on a weekend, we'll action this as soon as possible on Monday. Also orders will not be dispatched on Public Holidays, orders placed on these days will be sent out within the next two business day. Please note the above information regarding possible delays with our shipping partners. 

Delivery Within New Zealand

Our standard delivery times are 1-2 working days (within the Canterbury region) or 2-5 working days (outside of Canterbury). Please note the above information regarding possible delays with our shipping partners.

Standard delivery - 7.90 NZD flat rate / and FREE for orders over 75 NZD

International Orders

We currently offer shipping to Australia with a flat rate of 25 NZD / and FREE for orders over 200 NZD.

Product Transit Defect Policy

At Suja Home, rigorous packaging products and methods are utilized to make sure our products arrive in perfect condition. However, we are only human so in the unlikely event of transit damage you must notify us within 48 hours of product arrival for eligible claim on defected goods. Outside of this 48-hour window our hands are tied as our shipping partners will accept no liability.
